HoneyComb / Customer information
Privacy information
Under review. This describes the current website features. The full privacy policy is being reviewed before launch.
Accounts
Registration stores a name, email address and password hash. Profile features can store an optional profile image. Cart and wishlist entries are linked to the signed-in account.
Optional social sign-in
When enabled, Google or Facebook can provide an account identifier, name and email address to create or connect your HoneyComb account. HoneyComb stores the provider identifier, not your provider password. Provider tokens are used during sign-in and are not retained. These services open only when you choose their sign-in button.
Removing a connected account
Use Connected accounts after signing in, and confirm your HoneyComb password to disconnect a provider. To request deletion of your HoneyComb account and associated information, submit a request through Contact. Disconnecting a provider alone does not delete your HoneyComb account or existing order records.
Messages and updates
Contact and manual requests store the details you submit. The updates form stores your email address. These forms do not send automated email replies.
Security and sessions
A session cookie keeps your account signed in and supports protected form submissions. Login protection stores a hashed attempt identifier derived from the account and network address. Server access logs may also be retained by the host.
External resources
Some existing pages load fonts, icons or embedded media from external services. Those services receive connection information when resources load. Their use and the hosting arrangements still need a complete privacy review.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form to save a request. A direct public privacy contact and retention schedule are being confirmed. This page is not a substitute for that completed policy.
